After 15+ years working in eCommerce and retail, Erin Lopez saw an opportunity to do things differently.
The industry had plenty of big agencies. What was harder to find was a partner who understood the nuance of beauty, knew the technical side of lifecycle marketing, cared about the creative, and could actually become part of a brand's team.
So Ivy & Co. was born.

With 15+ years of experience across eCommerce, retail, and beauty, Erin has worked with more than 80 beauty and wellness brands throughout her career.
Her background spans prestigious retailers including Sephora.com, Ulta.com, Nordstrom.com, and Beautylish.com, giving her a unique perspective on both the brand and customer sides of the business.
She's been a Klaviyo Partner since 2019 and still loves nothing more than digging into a customer journey and figuring out where the opportunity is hiding.
When she's not working, you'll probably find her outside—with her family, hiking, camping, or finding her next adventure.
